Mrs. Kaweeda G. Adams served as the superintendent of the City School District of Albany, NY for five and a half years from August 2017 – January 2023. Her experience spans a wide range of service at all levels of an educational organization, community partnerships and engagement opportunities, as well as work with legislators focusing on educational advocacy and developing equitable practices and systems within business and education.  Currently, Mrs. Adams is serving as Superintendent Emeritus for the Education Research and Design Institute (ERDI), an executive coach for the Women of Color Education Collaborative (WOCEC) and an education consultant, mentor and executive coach for Paseo United, LLC. 

Mr. Eric Adams, Sr. is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He spent his early years attending school at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School and transitioned to Destrehan High School where he graduated in his junior year. He then attended Southeastern University and University of New Orleans where he studied accounting and marketing. Mr. Adams earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, NV and a Masters of Business Administration from Capella University at Minneapolis, MN.  Mr. Adams has been a successful entrepreneur for over thirty years with business ventures in government security contracts and home healthcare.
